Service Description
This one-on-one coaching partnership is fully or partially funded through your organization or professional development program. Over the course of 10 confidential coaching sessions, we'll partner together to support your personal and professional growth, strengthen self-leadership, navigate challenges with confidence, and make meaningful progress toward the goals that matter most to you. Each coaching partnership is tailored to your unique needs and provides a confidential, supportive, and thought-provoking space to increase self-awareness, explore new perspectives, make values-aligned decisions, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
Cancellation Policy
To honor the integrity of this work and the time reserved for each client, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered fulfilled and will not be rescheduled. We understand that life happens. One courtesy reschedule may be granted for emergencies at our discretion. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ RISE Sparks™ is designed as a focused coaching experience and is available once per client within a 6-month period. If you choose to continue into a longer coaching program within 14 days, your Sparks investment will be applied toward your program.
