My Journey​

With over 25 years in leadership and a decade as a trusted coach and mentor,
I guide individuals through personal and professional transformations—
so they can rise, not shrink, when life invites change.
I navigated corporate America—rising through the ranks, breaking barriers,
and earning a respected leadership role. On the surface, it looked like success.
But deep inside, I felt something was missing. I had spent years meeting expectations, mentoring others, and driving results, while silencing parts of myself that longed to be seen, heard, and honored.

Everything changed when I finally gave myself permission to pause, reflect, and listen deeply—reclaiming the power I had handed to titles, timelines, and outside expectations. That journey back to my truth became the foundation of my life’s work and inspired the creation of the EMBRACE METHOD, now helping others step fully into their own power, purpose, and authenticity.
