My Life's Journey
For more than 25 years, I navigated corporate America—rising through the ranks, breaking barriers, and earning a respected leadership role. On the surface, it looked like success. But deep within, I felt something was missing. I had spent years meeting expectations, mentoring others, and driving results, while silencing parts of myself that longed to be seen, heard, and honored.
Everything changed when I finally gave myself permission to pause—to reflect, to listen deeply, and to reconnect with the power I had given away to titles, timelines, and outside expectations. That journey back to my truth became the foundation of my life’s work.
The EMBRACE™ Method was born from that season of awakening—through uncertainty, reinvention, and the quiet, often invisible work of healing. It took shape as I shed layers of self-doubt, reconnected with my authentic voice, and found the courage to rebuild from the inside out. What started as personal survival became a spiritual framework—a soulful, step-by-step process designed to help others rise with intention, clarity, and deep self-trust.
This isn’t just what I coach—it’s what I’ve lived. Every principle within EMBRACE™ carries lessons I’ve earned, not just learned. And now, I walk alongside others with empathy, integrity, and a deep commitment to guiding them home to themselves—and into the life they were always meant to live.
